About Me
I am an undergraduate freshman at the Pratt School of Engineering at Duke University. I live in the Pegram dorm on East Campus. I live there because of the Global Health and International Development cluster in the Focus program that I am a part of. I am originally from New York City and have lived there up until college. I plan on majoring in electrical and computer engineering and computer science with a possible minor in Spanish, though I am not completely set on this track and am open to a possible change in interest.

My favorite demonstration was viewing a penny because of how surprisingly complex it was. Before viewing the activity, I thought, How hard could it be to make a penny in Matlab? The penny is essentially viewed as worthless by many Americans nowadays since change is cumbersome to carry around, especially if that change only amounts to one cent, which cannot buy anything nor even really come close to doing so. I never really thought about how mathematically complex it is to make a penny, which this demonstration opened my eyes to.
