Hello! My name is Nicole Gagné (rhymes with Kanye) and I am currently a freshman in Duke University's Pratt School of Engineering. I am from Darien, Connecticut, which is about one hour outside New York City. Other than science, my two greatest interests/hobbies are playing the viola and playing squash. I am currently a member of the Duke Symphony Orchestra and the Duke Squash Club.

MATLAB Demonstrations

I really like the demonstration on 3-D plots because I think they will be an especially useful tool on MATLAB. There are a number of different types of 3-d graphs that can be created according to this tutorial, including mesh plots of peaks, surface plots of peaks (can also be shaded), contour plots of peaks, quiver plots, and slice plots.
