My favorite MATLAB demonstration was the 3D Drawing demo: Making a Vase. The interactive model taught me how to use points and lines to create various structures. I was able to make a shape that closely resembled a vase, while also learning more about MATLAB's incredible capabilities. This tutorial was under Creating Graphical User Interfaces, which is important to me because a lot of data related science is heavily influenced by representations/models of results.
