Favorite MATLAB Demonstration

My favorite MATLAB demonstration was the one called "Volume Visualization." I thought it was cool because it showed that MATLAB is capable of rendering MRI data into a graph that I might recognize as an MRI. In addition, it showed multiple ways of plotting wind data, demonstrating that MATLAB has a very complex and diverse three-dimensional plotting system.
