About Me
I am from Madison, New Jersey and attended Newark Academy for high school. Although I am currently enrolled in EGR53, I am not (yet) in the Edmund T. Pratt Jr. School of Engineering. My ideal meal would be french toast, french fries and Milk and Cookies ice cream from Ben and Jerry's.
Hello! My Name Is:
Allie Hyans. Allie is self-explanatory but Hyans is pronounced like the ketchup (Heinz). I also have a Chinese name pronounced ss-ow sun and a Hebrew name, Ashera Tikva, but most people just call me Allie.

MATLAB Demos
The "3-D Drawing Demo" was definitely my favorite. So far, we haven't had the opportunity to really see all of MATLAB's capabilities and being able to write a program that draws 3-D figures is so interesting and complex. It is fascinating to see demos like this because it becomes evident how the MATLAB basics that we have already been taught can be applied to a much more detailed and intricite problem. I can't wait to be able to write programs like this one!
