MATLAB Assignment

My favorite demonstration in the help feature of MATLAB was the one titled Earth's topology. I really enjoyed this assignment because it gave me a chance to see how MATLAB can be useful both in an experimental laboratory and in industry. The demonstration was able to adequately map not just an arbitrary xy-grid but the entire world map with experimental data. Although most of the commands used in MATLAB were relatively foreign to me, it was neat to see the capability of the program.
