I am a first year from Poway, California (just outside of San Diego). I planned to go premed because I enjoyed an internship at my local hospital, but after some thought decided I couldn't deal with another 11 years of school. Since I was raised by an engineer in the most engineer way, I have an affinity for coding and tinkering, so I wanted to try engineering, even if just for a semester. I like cooking and reading in my spare time, but also developing apps for Android.
