Jobs and Hobbies

I am currently a volunter Nationally Registered EMT on Harvard Ambulance Service, a local ambulance squad in Harvard, MA. I have been working at HAS for just over two years now and I hope to continue running calls during college breaks.

Hobbies of mine include rowing and singing. I have have rowed for the past three years for my high school's crew: Bromfield-Acton Boxborough Rowing (BABR). Singing has always been a part of my life in the form of shcool chorus, musicals, lessons, and a cappella. I am a baritone and I am now taking lessons with Dr. Linnartz here at Duke!

Favorite MATLAB Demonstration

My favorite MATLAB demonstration is the 3-D drawing. I find it fascinating that you can just enter a shape and the program will turn it into a 3D shape. I can see how useful this is in the real world for creating devices in any engineering field. I hope I have the chance to use the 3D drawing for real one day.
