My favorite demo

I found the demo on 3D plotting the most interesting. It is fascinating how MATLAB can take a data set and generate a plot or surface in 3D space. With this tool, visualization of 3D functions becomes much easier, and we are able to analyze these functions' natures by observing the plots generated in MATLAB.
