Hey

My name is Jarrett Link and I am from Sacramento, CA. I like sports and I played a lot of golf in high school and was mildly successful. I will be the best Duke student and best Blue Devil that I possibly can. My netID is jml69 so feel free to email me. That's about all I got for now.

The Game of Life is my favorite program. I did not realize that matlab could create essentially a continuous game/simulation. I guess this simulation especially proved to me the power of the matlab program. I was intrigued by the concept of live cells and dead cells, the randomness of the game, and the quantity of code required to generate this game. As I learn more and more about matlab, I am beginning to realize its true potential for math, science, and engineering, but also for entertainment.
