My name is David Regan, and I am a freshman at Duke University. I plan on studying biomedical engineering, but I am also seriously considering pursuing medical school after graduation. At Duke, I also participate in club tennis. I am the second oldest of six children and have spent almost my entire life living in the suburbs of Milwaukee, Wisconsin

My Interests

My interests include fishing, hiking, camping, skiing, playing tennis, and doing puzzles. I am also an avid sports fan. My favorite teams include the Green Bay Packers, Milwaukee Bucks, Duke basketball, and Michigan football.

Name Pronunciation

My first name is easy. Pronounce it just like it looks. The IPA version is /ˈdeɪvɪd/. My last name is a little trickier. A lot of people will pronounce the first syllable as "ray" as in Ronald Reagan. In reality, the "e" is pronounced. It is an Irish last name.
