Greetings! My name is Jackson McInvale and I intend to be a Civil and Environmental Engineer in the Pratt School of Engineering at Duke University. Currently, I am in Dr. G's EGR103 class. I also am in Army ROTC and participate in many sports on campus. I am also a Cameron Crazie and attend every Duke home basketball game.

I hope to continue on with engineering and learn material that I will use for the rest of my life. EGR103 has taught me a lot so far about MatLab and Linux and I hope to learn even more down the road!

Favorite MATLAB Demonstration:

My favorite MATLAB demonstration was definitely the 3-D Plots tutorial. I was amazed with the variety of colors and displays that allowed the data to quite literally pop out of the surface. The correlation between the colors and the wireframe surfaces shows how this tutorial rises above all other inferior demonstrations and how it stands alone as the single most palpable representation of the power of graphical displays.
