About

I'm a student of the Duke Class of 2019. My name is pronounced 'Droov' - it basically sounds like 'Drew' with a 'v' at the end of it. I'm planning on majoring in Electrical and Computer Engineering.

Where I'm from

I'm from a town in southern New Jersey called Vineland. Fun fact: It's the largest city in surface area in the state of New Jersey. If you like the smell of fertilizer, the occasional day trip the the beach, and/or want to live near a "Wawa", Vineland is the perfect place for you. If not, just move to California like everyone else.

Grand Challenges for Engineering

MatLab Built-in Help

My favorite demonstration was the brief synopsis of debugging function. It made me familiar with a new set of functions of MATLAB, more effective than the common "print" method of debugging. It showed me what kind of tools I have at my disposal with MATLAB, and hopefully I'll be able to take advantage of them when my scripts get more complicated and my bugs get harder to find.
