Phonetic Pronunciation Stu-ert Rite Favorite Demonstration: Earth's Topography, because it shows how to plot a topographic, 2D, and 3D image of the Earth using Matlab. I found this very interesting, particularly the fact that it shows the depths of the oceans and altitude on land.
