Favorite MATLAB Demonstration

I found one of the most fascinating MATLAB Demonstrations to be that of the mapping of the surface of the penny. I found it incredibly fascinating that something physically tangible, like the surface of a penny, can be virtually replicated using essentially only numbers. Especially with an object as small as a penny, it's exciting to think what other minuscule objects can be viewed in the same fashion.
