Favorite Demonstration

My favorite demonstration is 3D-Surface Plots. This demonstration illustrates one of the most powerful features of MATLAB. MATLAB can be used to plot 3D surfaces that are hard understand, zoom in, rotate, and then do many operations on them, such as finding intersections and tangent vectors. It also provides the options to change colors and designs to look at the surfaces from different perspectives.
