I found that the graphics are very useful because they help to visualize a problem within a 3-dimensional sense. Sometimes it is hard to perform calculations when you do not understand the physical attributes of an object or equation. This could definitely help in Math 103 as well as many real life engineering related problems MATLAB is a great tool in this regard.
