Favorite Matlab Demonstration

My favorite Matlab Demonstration in the "Examples" section of the Matlab Help documentation is the 3-dimensional representation of a Klein bottle. The examples provided of both a transparent Klein bottle and half of a Klein bottle show the power of 3d modeling software in understanding unintuitive mathematical concepts. Though not specific to Matlab, the fact that such a shape could be rendered using Matlab code is something I wouldn't have expected or thought about before seeing it done.
