My favorite demo was the "Game of Life" program. Currently in class, I find it difficult to visualize how matrices can be applied to the outside world. Therefore, I found it fascinating how John Conway was able to apply a sparse matrix to the behavior of cells, which allowed him to better calculate cells and their actions. This demo has helped me to better comprehend how programs created on Matlab can be applied to the real world.
