In the Beginning...

Freshman year has been full of surprises, and it is only week 4. Who knew that there would this much food to eat for breakfast and dinner? Or that classes would actually require time and effort unlike high school? Another surprise is making a Wiki page for an engineering class. I was expecting some sort of physics based designing stuff to minimize friction or something to that extent, but I never expected a class Wiki page. I guess that is just the Duke Difference there.

About Me

I'm from a small county in Virginia just about an hour south of Richmond. I played volleyball, soccer, and basketball in high school. Other than that, there hasn't been too much exciting stuff in my life before coming to Duke.

MATLAB Demonstration

The best MATLAB demonstration available by far is Minesweeper. I have always loved playing Minesweeper growing up back when it was on every desktop computer everywhere. Just last year in my high school programming class, we made Minesweeper with Java. The game is just a timeless classic that I will always enjoy due to its simplicity, yet also due to the mental challenge it presents.
