MATLAB Demonstrations
While it's not the most exciting, the MATLAB demonstration page that I think will be the most helpful in the future is the 2-D Plots tutorial. I've used MATLAB before, but I've never used the Errorbar command before and in terms of research data presentation, I can see that function being extremely useful in the future.
