MATLAB Demonstrations
My favorite demonstration was the one on Graphics: 3-D Plots. This one is particularly interesting to me because it shows that the same topographical map can be shown in several different ways. One of the grids, the Quiver, even reminds me of slope fields that I did in Math 111 last semester.
