Grand Challenges for Engineers

One of the Grand Challenges for Engineers I find most intersting is the goal to "engineer better medicines" Below is a link to an article discussing one advancement of this goal:

Favorite MATLAB Example

My favorite Matlab example was the one titled "World Traveler 3-D Globe". In this program, the user could "fly" from one city to another. I thought that this was very fascinating because it shows how MATLAB can be used to created 3-D visuals as well as interactive ones.
