My favorite demonstration is the one that shows how to make 3D plots. I like this one because MATLab allows me to make elaborate three-dimensional graphs with a few lines of code. In Microsoft Excel making graphs is much more tedious, and it is not nearly as powerful as MATLab. The 3D plots are also my favorite because I have just started to learn about three dimensional mathematics in my math class.
