MATLAB Demo
I found the MATLAB demonstration called Using FFT to be the most enjoyable. It demonstrated the mathematical capacity of MATLAB to define and model complex scientific phenomena like that of sunspot activity. I was also impressed by the ease with which MATLAB was able to perform such advanced mathematical operations.
