I liked the 3-D plotting matlab demonstration. This has been useful for visualizing functions from MTH 103. At first it is difficult to visualize 3-D shapes from their equations but matlab has made this much easier. Having an accurate 3-D picture of a function makes it much easier to check whether the numerical answers make sense.
