MATLAB Demonstrations
My favorite MATLAB demonstrations were the graphics one because I really enjoy seeing how simple (alright maybe not so simple) code can create some image that would otherwise be very difficult to picture. The Earth's topography and the penny were especially interesting to me. I also heard there is a Minesweeper demonstration and want to try that.
