My favorite Demo in Matlab was the Basic Matrix Operations because it reviewed a lot of what we have done in class while introducing some other matrix concepts I have not covered in class or previously.  Going through the demo I felt more comfortable with the matrix commands, which is very good considering I have trouble with them often.  Matlab seems to be very matrix heavy so I feel confident these commands and this demo will be very helpful later in this class and in the future when I am programming with Matlab.
