Matlab Demonstrations
The Game of Life matlab demonstration is my favorite demonstration because it shows how you can model the death and birth of cells with a program. The way the matrices can predict whether the cell communities will spread or ultimately fail is very interesting because it seems like a complex process boiled down to a simple program.
