Favorite MATLAB Demonstration

2-D and 3-D Plots

This particular section of the MATLAB demonstrations was my favorite because the surface plot appears to be complex and intricate, but the code to create the plot is quite simple. I thought this demonstration emphasizes one of the purposes of technology: taking a set of complex data and generating something which one can easily understand.
