Favorit Matlab Demonstration
My favorite demonstration was "Viewing a Penny" where the code to visualize the surface data of a penny was shown. It was my favorite because it showed how much use matlab can have to not just plot the points of a penny or graph, but to actually show the data in the most useful, lifelike way.
