Favorite Matlab Demonstration
My favorite Matlab Demonstration was the one that explained how to plot in 2 and 3 dimensions. I think Matlab's ability to display 3D functions is interesting. In addition, I have often struggled visualizing 3D functions, and such a tool will help me become comfortable with these functions for math class.
