MATLAB Demonstration
My favorite MATLAB demonstrations were the 3-D Plots and 3-D Surface Plots. Drawing of these graphs by hand is very difficult while MATLAB makes them it very easy. The graphs look clear and nice. This is also useful for what we are currently doing in math class.
