Favorite Demonstration
My favorite demonstration was definitely the Viewing a Penny one under the Graphics category. I had no clue that MATLAB was able to perform all of those functions such as drawing a contour plot, a pseudocolor plot, or a surface plot. This demonstration was also my favorite because the graphics were really cool to look at.
