My favorite Matlab demonstration was the "Basic Matrix Operators" demo under the mathematics section. It was extremely helpful and clarified a couple of questions I had had regarding matrices. There were also some plotting commands in the demo that were very useful. I will definitely look at this demonstration again when studying for the exam.
