Matlab Demo
I liked the "Viewing a Penny" demo the best, because it is interesting to see how Matlab handles graphics and images such as a 3D penny. The construction of a penny in Matlab showed an application of contour graphs rather than the mere display of random graphs for academic purposes. It was also interesting to see how several different plots were added together to create the image of a penny.
