My full name is Krishnaprasad Akkineni. I go by Krishna. I think thinking of Krishna as Chrishna helps with the pronunciation(There is no particular stress on any syllable.) I like the "Viewing the Penny" demo. The demo displays various images of the penny including the three dimensional surface plot. I like the pseudocolor plot the most because I have never seen anything of that kind before. I didn't understand all the terminology. For example, the pseudocolor plot had the brightness proportional to the Laplacian of the height. Nevertheless, the graphs were really interesting and inspiring. I hope I can write the program for such a cool graph one day.

Hi all,

I am Krishnaprasad Akkineni, a resident of Alspaugh Dormitory. I am thinking about a BME/ECE double major. I like almost everything about Duke, notable exceptions being the food at the Marketplace and the amount of homework. I like solving math puzzles, reading books and playing tennis. I am a big fan of Federer. I am also taking Math 107, Organic Chemistry, Intro to Jazz and Intermediate Yoga this semester.
