Favorite MATLAB Demo

My favorite demo was the traveling salesman. The whole concept behind it was really neat but also practical. I felt like the other demos were entertaining, but someone could actually use the idea behind this and make it useful if they actually need to travel long distances but want to determine the most efficient route possible.
