Billy Huang: pronounced Bih-LEE HWONG (if that helps).
My favorite demo was the Traveling Salesman problem--I took a class in discrete math during high school, and we did a lot of graph theory. Even though it's an NP-complete problem, it's neat to watch MATLAB run through it algorithmically. It seems to be pretty quick at it too.
