About Me
Hi there. I'm Linde, a BME major from a suburb of Los Angeles. Torrance, California to be exact.
Name?
Linde Liu (LYNN-dee LOU), rhymes with Cindy Lou. As in Cindy Lou Who from The Grinch.
- Linde Liu Hoo is a popular nickname for me.
- I've also gone by Rinde Roo, which doesn't make much sense. But it's fun to say, so I've been told. Especially if you extend your neck and draw out the ooouu sound as you say it.
Good Quotes
- Before criticizing someone, walk a mile in their shoes. Then, when you do criticize them, you will be a mile away and have their shoes.
- - Jack Handy (Saturday Night Live) [1]
- If you want to know where your heart is, look where your mind wanders
- Always forgive your enemies. Nothing annoys them more.
- - Oscar Wylde
What I've Learned at Duke
- Education is a progressive discovery of our own ignorance.

My Favorite Demo
I liked the Vibrating Logo demo in the graphics section.
Why? Well, first of all because it's in the shape of an L. And I like me my Ls. And second of all because the code was relatively short but kt was able to create that whole moving picture. And I thought it was really cool how you could change the speed of the movement, too.
