My favorite demo was "Use App Designer to Create an App with Instrumentation Controls." Although not related to the programming aspect of MATLAB, I think this demo showed the capabilities of MATLAB software beyond the coding language. The App Designer tool was intuitive and made creating a user interface really easy. I think the best part is that users are able to play around with the data and manipulate settings, which gives them a better understanding. It looks like Simulink has a ton of cool tools like App Designer, even a computer vision tool that identifies letters from an image.
