The MATLAB demonstration I found most intriguing was "Functions of Complex Variables" because I learned a little bit about MATLAB's capacity to plot the functions of extremely complex variables. In addition, using the color map command, one can generate amazing looking 3-dimmensional planes that are relatively easy to interpret – a useful tool for geometrically understanding the functions of the complex variables being manipulated.

MATLAB Demonstration:

The MATLAB demonstration I found most intriguing was "Functions of Complex Variables" because I learned a little bit about MATLAB's capacity to plot the functions of extremely complex variables. In addition, using the color map command, one can generate amazing looking 3-dimmensional planes that are relatively easy to interpret – a useful tool for geometrically understanding the functions of the complex variables being manipulated.
