My favorite MATLAB demonstration was the one that described the various matrix functions titled, "Basic Matrix Operations." The tutorial helped me review all the various commands and functions associated with matrices and arrays. In addition, it helped me review how to plot different functions and how to define variables. Lastly, the tutorial helped me review how to make different variables and functions interact with each other with basic math operators like multiplication, division, addition, and subtraction.
