My favorite MATLAB demonstration was the Lorenz Attractor App that shows the plotting of a Lorenz system as t progressses.  I find it really interesting that, instead of just plotting the function as a range of t, MATLAB can plot it as an animation as the range of t increases.  I also like this demonstration because it helps visualize the Lorenz system, something that I find really cool as a more visually-stimulated learner.

About Me

I am currently an undergraduate student at Duke University's Pratt School of Engineering majoring in Biomedical Engineering. I love math, science and all applications of the two. I am involved in the Jazz Ensemble on campus and also on the racing team for Duke Cycling. On my free time, I like to lounge in Bell Tower, listen to music, eat food and play Threes.

Name Pronunciation

My name is pronounced as: O-ren Miz-Rah-hee. In Hebrew, "Oren" translates to "pine tree" and "Mizrahi" translates to "people of the East." Although my last name may seem obscure, understand it is one of the most popular last names in Israel.
