Favorite MATLAB Demo
My favorite MATLAB Example is the one titled Displaying Complex Three-Dimensional Objects. I think it's so cool that MATLAB has the geometry of a teapot preinstalled, and I think the tutorial does a good job of showing how easy it actually would be to render a three dimensional model with shading using MATLAB.
