Favorite matlab demonstration
My favorite demo was probably the 3-D plotting demo, as in my multivariable class we have been using graphs from matlab to visualize complex three dimensional functions and surfaces. Seeing the coding for how these graphs are formulated was interesting to me and will help if I ever need a visual for my math homework.
