My favorite demonstration was the Graphs and Matricies in regards to a soccer ball graph (or a graph of a BuckyBall). I liked this demonstration not because I understood the coding but because it was really cool to see what MATLAB is capable of. I've never programmed before so it is very interesting to see what exactly MATLAB is capable of.

Demonstrations
