My favorite MATLAB demonstration was the 3D Drawing demonstration. It was really cool to see the different shapes rendered into three dimensional models. I am currently taking a graphics course in which I am learning how to do similar things. The demonstration was like preview of what I should be able to do and the skills I will attain by the end of the course.
