Favorite Demo
My favorite MATLAB demo was 3-D Surface Plots. I liked that we had the ability to change the plot type, shading, colormap, and whether the axis was on/off, because that made for a really user-friendly way of showing how the surface plots can look and act. It's also just generally visually appealing with the colors and shapes in 3D.
